Educating older adults and caregivers about aging-in-place options through our website, print and electronic newsletters, blog, and Facebook and Twitter posts.

Seeking to reach a homebound/isolated older adults and connect them with needed services.

Promoting awareness of and improve access to existing community resources for older adults including municipal, health, financial, legal and social programs

Expanding use of technology to support and ensure safety of older adults in their homes

Expanding and improve coordination of resources to better serve older adults

Developing resource handout for emergency services personnel to leave with older adults and/or caregivers when responding to calls
